nb88 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

To register and use the nb88 Platform you must: (a) be at least 21 years of age; (b) be a natural person capable of entering into a legally binding contract; (c) not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited; (d) register only one account in your own name with accurate personal information; and (e) not be an employee, director, contractor or affiliate of nb88 or any related entity. nb88 may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in account restriction or closure.

When registering an account with nb88 you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information. nb88 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. You must provide any of the following when requested:

• A valid national identity card (NID) issued by the Government of Bangladesh
• A valid Bangladesh passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment wallet used for deposits (e.g. bKash or Nagad account confirmation)
• Any additional documentation nb88 deems necessary to comply with its anti-fraud obligations

nb88 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and other supported payment methods as displayed at the deposit screen. The minimum deposit is ৳100. All deposits must be made from a payment wallet registered in the account holder's own name. nb88 does not accept deposits from third-party wallets. nb88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet used for the most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within one hour for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours. nb88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds will not be released until KYC verification is complete. nb88 may decline a withdrawal if it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity or a breach of these Terms.

nb88 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued once per player. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• nb88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game stated in the promotion and expire after the period specified in the offer.

nb88 makes no guarantee that any particular bonus will remain available. Promotional offers are subject to change at nb88's sole discretion and are only available to players who have not self-excluded from promotions within their account settings.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nb88 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances including pending withdrawals, and permanent exclusion from the Platform: (a) providing false personal information during registration or KYC; (b) using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the Platform; (c) colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms; (d) opening or operating multiple accounts; (e) using another person's payment wallet to fund your nb88 account; (f) engaging in any activity that nb88 reasonably identifies as an attempt to defraud the Platform.

nb88 uses automated fraud detection systems as well as manual review to monitor activity on the Platform. If nb88 reasonably suspects that an account is involved in prohibited activity, it may freeze the account immediately pending investigation. Players whose accounts are frozen will be notified by support and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final decision is made, except in cases where immediate action is required to prevent further loss.

All games available on the nb88 Platform operate according to their individual rules as displayed within the game interface. For casino games, the applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage is provided by the game provider and is available within the game's information section. nb88 does not manipulate RTP settings. For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant match or event as published by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). nb88 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or where the result cannot be officially verified. In the event of a technical error during a game session, nb88 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return stakes to players.

nb88 may suspend or permanently close a player's account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Verified or suspected fraudulent activity, collusion or bonus abuse
• Player request for voluntary account closure or self-exclusion

All content on the nb88 Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, and the nb88 brand name, is the exclusive intellectual property of nb88 or its licensed providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nb88 Platform content without explicit written permission from nb88. Unauthorised use of nb88 intellectual property may result in legal action.

nb88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the nb88 Privacy Policy. nb88 uses your personal data solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, conducting KYC verification, preventing fraud, and communicating with you about your account and relevant promotions.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the nb88 Platform is protected by SSL encryption. nb88 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including any legal or regulatory obligations that require retention beyond the life of your account.

nb88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors, service interruptions, or network failures outside nb88's reasonable control. nb88's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits nb88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter for which liability may not be excluded by law.

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the nb88 Platform or the settlement of a bet, you should contact nb88 support in the first instance via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. nb88 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 5 business days. Where a dispute relates to the settlement of a specific bet, nb88 will refer to the official result as published by the relevant sport's governing body. The decision of nb88 on all disputes is final, subject to any mandatory rights you may hold under applicable consumer protection principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and nb88 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
